Fire dampers are one of the most commonly overlooked elements of passive fire protection. They are installed once, hidden above ceilings and inside risers, and then frequently forgotten until a fire risk assessment or an insurer asks the question.
We find them, record them, test them and fix them. Our engineers carry out full drop testing and visual inspection to establish whether each damper actually operates, and we record the result of every asset, including the ones we could not reach and the reason why.
Where access is the obstacle, we can install compliant access panels. Where a damper has failed, we can repair or replace it. That means you are not left holding a report full of failures with nobody to resolve them.

How we work
Every instruction starts with a conversation about the building: its age, its fire strategy, what records already exist and what has prompted the enquiry. From there we agree a scope, a price and a date.
On site, our engineers work methodically zone by zone, recording each damper against a unique reference and a location description so it can be found again next time. Off site, that becomes an asset register you own and can reuse, rather than a PDF you have to buy again next year.
